[PFA Acid Cleaning Bottle Pack Introduction Case] Comprehensive Chemical Manufacturer Company A

Company A, a comprehensive chemical manufacturer with numerous production bases not only in Japan but also overseas, is developing new chemicals used in the front-end manufacturing of semiconductor components. The products under development by the company are chemicals that are easily affected by metal ions, leading to discrepancies in chemical evaluation data with customers, which hindered the development process. To address this, they introduced a "PFA acid-washing bottle pack" with stable metal ion levels ranging from 30 ppt to 1 ppt. By conducting chemical evaluation work with a common evaluation container with customers, it became possible to proceed with the work confidently without fluctuations in evaluation data.
